Nayamat Bawa
Founder & Psychologist

Nayamat Bawa founded La Esperanza - Mental Health and has been the Head Psychologist for the past 8 years at iwill, India. She has more than 13 years of professional experience and has worked extensively in hospitals, NGOs, MNCs and the Indian Army. She has done a Masters in Clinical Psychology. She specialises in the areas of depression, anxiety, work-related issues, adjustment difficulties and marital upheavals. She is trained at prestigious institutes for psychotherapy, such as Calcutta University, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, USA, and EMDR India. She is also an ISTDP practitioner.

She also supervises young mental health care professionals and has a Degree in Supervision for mental healthcare professions from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. In 2019 she was selected at MIT, Boston, for a program on venture scaling of mental health organisations to make mental health accessible to one and all.
She was conferred with Outstanding Leadership Award at Health 2.0 Dubai for her outstanding contribution in mental health during the pandemic.

Dr. Ira Domun
MBBS, MD, DNB (Psychiatry)

Dr. Ira Domun is a dedicated and compassionate psychiatrist with extensive clinical experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions. She completed her MBBS, MD, and DNB in Psychiatry from the prestigious Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh, where she honed her expertise in psychiatric assessments and evidence-based treatment approaches.

With over four years of hands-on experience, Dr. Domun has worked as a Senior Resident, managing complex psychiatric cases and providing holistic care to her patients. Her commitment to excellence led her to pursue a clinical observership at East London NHS Foundation Trust in the Bedfordshire region, UK, where she gained international exposure to advanced psychiatric care models.

Dr. Domun specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide spectrum of psychiatric disorders, including:
